Worked on the GeoNet/base-images repository to deliver support for Universal Base Image 10 (ubi10) and ubi10-minimal, expanding the platform’s compatibility with newer base images. The work involved updating the project’s documentation in Markdown to clearly list the new images, ensuring users have accurate guidance. CI/CD processes were enhanced by modifying the sync-ghcr.yml workflow in YAML, introducing synchronization rules for the new images to streamline delivery and maintain consistency across environments. Focused on DevOps practices, the changes enabled faster adoption of updated base images and laid the groundwork for broader platform support, reflecting a targeted and maintainable engineering approach.
