Worked on enhancing the deployment pipeline for the geosolutions-it/MapStore2 repository by focusing on secure and reliable SFTP-based package delivery. Addressed a deployment reliability issue by hardening the continuous integration process, specifically updating the CI YAML configuration to enforce proper SSH key permissions and automate SFTP workflows. This approach reduced deployment failures and improved the security posture of the pipeline. Leveraged skills in DevOps, SFTP, and SSH to investigate and resolve the bug, ensuring that package delivery to production became more efficient and less error-prone. The work emphasized automation and security within the existing CI infrastructure using YAML.
