Developed and delivered a feature for the sst/opencode repository that preserves original line endings in the Edit Tool, ensuring consistent formatting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. The solution involved robust text processing in TypeScript to detect and maintain newline characters during file edits, preventing unintended changes that could disrupt cross-platform workflows. This work addressed a key bug, stabilizing editing behavior and reducing formatting-related issues for multi-OS projects. Collaboration was demonstrated through co-authorship, with contributions managed via Git. The project showcased full stack development skills and a focus on enhancing reliability and developer experience in multi-environment codebases.
