April 2025 (cncf/toc): Delivered the Initiative Request Form for general use by removing the 'WIP' indicator from the initiative issue template name and from initiative.yml, signaling readiness for production-like usage. Implemented via two commits updating initiative.yml (4fd86b2e22729ca268966dcdf4347171a7f1c07c and 1ce9205ba3aada23b4765f4ea16cb356deefe539) to reflect GA readiness and to align templates with the new process. No major bugs fixed this month; focused on configuring and documenting the intake flow to reduce friction for initiative submissions. Impact: faster onboarding of initiatives, clearer expectations, and improved governance around intake. December 2024: governance documentation maintenance for cncf/toc focusing on accurate leadership representation and contributor roles. Delivered updates to the runtime-charter.md to reflect current TAG leadership and roles, added Ricardo Aravena, and refreshed sections for TAG Chairs and Tech Leads with up-to-date links. These changes improve onboarding, transparency, and governance accuracy; commits executed across three updates to the charter.
