During December 2024, Rasabot focused on release engineering for the RasaHQ/rasa-sdk repository, delivering a version management update to support the next development cycle. Rasabot implemented a consistent version bump from 3.11.0.dev1 to 3.11.0.dev3 across both pyproject.toml and rasa_sdk/version.py, ensuring cross-file accuracy and preventing packaging regressions. This work emphasized traceability and auditability, supporting downstream CI/CD validation and quality assurance workflows. Using Python and TOML, Rasabot applied skills in release management and version control to manage the pre-release sequence. The work was targeted and foundational, with no major bug fixes, centering on robust process and maintainability.
