Addressed a critical issue by ensuring the Git commit hash was correctly passed and set during the build process, which enhanced the accuracy of version tracking across releases. This fix enabled more precise deployment auditing and streamlined issue resolution by making release information more transparent. Leveraged skills in Go development, build systems, and version control, utilizing Go and Makefile to implement the solution. The work prioritized stability and observability in the CI/CD pipeline, strengthening feedback mechanisms and supporting maintainable release practices without introducing new features this month.
