Worked on the ovh/shai repository to enhance the stability of Shai CLI terminal sessions by addressing a critical bug in pseudo-terminal management. Focused on resolving a PTY type mismatch, the work involved correcting the TIOCSCTTY ioctl type casting to ensure proper terminal session handling within the CLI environment. This fix eliminated initialization errors that previously affected automated CLI processes, resulting in more reliable and maintainable workflows. The approach demonstrated careful application of Rust and system programming skills, particularly in low-level CLI development, and contributed to improved code safety and developer experience without introducing new features during the period.
