Developed an Implementation Planner Agent for the ColoredCow/goonj repository, automating the breakdown of feature requests into four-hour task plans and posting them as GitHub issue comments. Leveraging PHP and CiviCRM within the WordPress stack, the agent was customized from engineering-recipes to integrate seamlessly with existing workflows. The solution included agent memory to maintain planning context across sessions, reducing re-work and improving continuity. By automating plan dissemination and documentation using Markdown and YAML, the work enhanced transparency, streamlined project management, and improved task planning. This approach reduced manual effort and enabled faster, clearer planning cycles for the Goonj CRM environment.
