Worked on enhancing deployment usability for the KouriChat/KouriChat repository by refining the Run.bat script. Focused on scripting with Batch, the update improved the existence check for run_config_web.py, providing users with clearer feedback and guidance regarding decompression steps when the file is missing. This adjustment aimed to reduce ambiguity during setup and streamline the onboarding process for operators, ultimately minimizing support friction. The work was delivered as a single, well-documented commit, emphasizing clarity and maintainability. No bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus remained on feature refinement and improving the overall user experience during deployments.
