Worked on vultisig-ios to overhaul issue reporting and collaboration processes by designing structured issue templates using Markdown. The new templates introduced frontmatter fields such as type, priority, size, files, and verification, enabling more effective triage and clearer communication between human developers and automated agents. Acceptance criteria were embedded directly into the templates to standardize validation and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth during bug and feature reporting. The size hint was corrected to ensure accurate workload estimation, with 'tiny' now reflecting changes to a single file. This work emphasized documentation, template design, and issue tracking to support automation and improve reporting clarity.
