Worked on the BrightspaceUI/labs repository to deliver Media Player Poster UI improvements, focusing on enhancing poster visibility and reducing visual regressions. Addressed sizing and positioning issues through a CSS refactor, and introduced a visual regression test using a 4x3 poster to ensure consistent rendering. Applied lint fixes to improve code quality and maintain consistency across the codebase. Additionally, performed repository management tasks by removing unnecessary .DS_Store files, streamlining onboarding and contributor experience. Utilized JavaScript and React for front end development, with an emphasis on testing and repository cleanliness to support maintainable and reliable user interface components.
