Worked on the planetscale/cli repository to enhance backend functionality by delivering feature parity for SKU representations in JSON output and introducing ReplicaRate support for single-node clusters. Leveraged Go for API development and JSON handling, updating data models and serialization logic to distinguish between highly available and non-HA SKUs while maintaining backward compatibility. Implemented new fields in ClusterSKU and ClusterSKUSingleEngine, ensuring output consistency and improved observability for automation pipelines. Added comprehensive tests to validate the updated JSON structure and prevent regressions, establishing a foundation for consistent SKU representations across engines and supporting downstream tooling with more reliable data formats.
