Worked on the VeryGoodOpenSource/very_good_cli repository to enhance test coverage reporting for Dart CLI applications. Developed a new command-line option that allows inclusion of untested files in coverage reports, addressing visibility gaps in quality assurance. Addressed cross-platform compatibility by standardizing LCOV path formatting on Windows, ensuring output aligns with LCOV expectations. Improved the generation of synthetic LCOV entries by adding proper line formatting, which aids in accurate parsing and reporting. Focused on strengthening CI reliability and test automation, these changes enable more comprehensive dashboards and facilitate faster defect identification, leveraging skills in Dart, CLI development, and automated testing workflows.
