Worked on integrating the Sunima Testnet into the cosmos/chain-registry repository, focusing on configuring a new Cosmos SDK-based blockchain for staking and public access. The work involved setting up the chain configuration, including chain ID, bech32 prefix, and denomination display, and ensuring alignment with the live chain’s parameters. Public endpoints were deployed and made accessible via Cloudflare, supporting both RPC and REST interfaces. The developer updated chain.json to include network peers and seeds, facilitating smoother operator onboarding during the single-validator bootstrap phase. This contribution leveraged skills in blockchain development, network configuration, and JSON to deliver a functional testnet environment.
