During August 2025, Reel Cuzzi developed environment-variable driven configurability for deployment and session management in the Kometa-Team/Quickstart repository. By updating quickstart.py and .env.example to read KOMETA_ROOT and SESSION_CACHELIB from environment variables, Reel enabled flexible deployment across development, staging, and production environments. This Python-based solution focused on environment configuration and system administration, reducing manual setup and standardizing configuration practices. The work improved operational robustness and session handling reliability, supporting more reproducible deployments. While no bugs were addressed during this period, the depth of the feature reflects a targeted approach to deployment readiness and cross-environment consistency within the project.
