For Ramalama, Reid improved the installation process by adding user-facing feedback, such as a success banner and installation checks, and reinforced reliability by ensuring installation failures exit with a non-zero code. These updates, grounded in command line interface development and DevOps practices, improved user onboarding, reduced troubleshooting time, and increased deployment robustness within a short project period.
