Worked on the navikt/fp-sak repository to enhance the behandlingslager module’s test suite by consolidating and modernizing test assertions. Applied Java and AssertJ to refactor multiple assertion statements into fluent chains, improving readability and reducing boilerplate. Migrated all tests to JUnit 5 and addressed issues where tests asserted against incorrect objects or properties, thereby increasing test correctness and reliability. These improvements aligned the codebase with SonarQube recommendations, strengthening quality gates and maintainability signals. The work focused on enabling faster, safer refactoring and releases by ensuring the test suite provides accurate, actionable feedback during continuous integration and development cycles.
