We delivered CI/CD modernization with GitHub Actions, migrating from Semaphore to a robust, automated validation, unit testing, and installation pipeline for the PECE profile on PHP 8.3 and MariaDB 11.4. The testing and deployment infrastructure was aligned with Drupal 11/PECE requirements, enabling faster feedback and safer releases. In addition, we completed extensive cleanup of dependencies and project configuration to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability. The work establishes Drupal 11 readiness and positions the project for scalable feature delivery. Key business value: faster and more reliable builds, safer deployments, easier onboarding for new contributors, and a clearer upgrade path to Drupal 11.
