Worked on enhancing network diagnostics in the nushell/nushell repository by expanding the capabilities of the 'sys net' command. Developed a feature in Rust that added MAC and IP address columns, including support for both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses as well as loopback and multicast, to improve the visibility of network interface details. Focused on command-line interface development and system programming, the work addressed issue #14389 and aimed to streamline troubleshooting and automation for users. This contribution provided more comprehensive network data, enabling developers and operators to script and diagnose network configurations with greater accuracy and efficiency.
