During May 2025, Rhalloran contributed to the launchdarkly/launchpad-ui repository by designing and implementing a new 'share' icon for the Launchpad UI Design System. Using SVG for iconography and TypeScript for type-safe integration, Rhalloran updated both sprite.svg and types.ts to support the new asset. The work included creating a changeset to document the addition, ensuring traceability and facilitating downstream adoption. This feature improved visual consistency and reusability of sharing elements across Launchpad applications. The project focused on front-end development and design system best practices, with all changes reviewed and documented, though the scope was limited to a single feature.
