Worked on the oracle/terraform-provider-oci repository to deliver enterprise-grade VMware BYOL support with VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2, enabling organizations to optimize licensing and deploy flexible virtualization solutions in Oracle Cloud. Leveraged Go and Terraform to implement infrastructure as code enhancements, focusing on resource management and deployment reliability. Addressed a bug where ESXi host commitment variables were not correctly applied, ensuring accurate enforcement of commitments and pricing. The work improved governance and reliability for virtualization scenarios, combining targeted feature development and bug resolution within a single month. Demonstrated depth in cloud computing and infrastructure automation through focused, high-impact contributions to the provider.
