Leveraging Python and backend development skills, they designed and implemented an end-to-end cost accounting system that migrated cost references from completion_cost to response_cost, introduced a CostBreakdown structure for per-token USD costs, and updated merge logic to cap maximum costs. Their work ensured cost data was accurately captured for both streaming and batched responses, improving cost visibility and reliability. This feature enables precise cost budgeting and lays the foundation for future optimizations in cost-aware routing and analytics, demonstrating strong data modeling expertise.
