The approach involved removing the _local attribute prefix from default artifact lists, aligning artifact definitions with expected naming conventions to enhance cross-platform consistency. This change reduced onboarding time for contributors and improved the reliability of artifact collection. The work demonstrated skills in Python development, code refactoring, and version control best practices, with careful adherence to pull request conventions to ensure maintainable code and smooth integration into the existing project structure. No bugs were fixed.
