Rakesh Mishra developed and delivered Bioconda packaging updates for PharmCAT 3.1.1 in the bioconda-recipes repository, focusing on streamlining the installation process for updated pharmacogenomic tools. Leveraging skills in bioinformatics, data science, and recipe management, Rakesh created dedicated Bioconda recipes using HTML and Bioconda’s packaging standards to ensure reproducibility and traceability. This work enabled users to deploy the latest version of PharmCAT with a single install command, improving accessibility and integration within the Bioconda ecosystem. The contribution demonstrated a clear understanding of ecosystem alignment and packaging quality, though the scope was limited to a single feature update.
