Worked on stabilizing Kibana plugin development by addressing a critical compatibility issue in the YulNaumenko/kibana repository. Focused on build systems and configuration management, the developer resolved a blocker that prevented plugin generation with React 18 by introducing the REACT_18 environment variable into the kbn-plugin-helpers Bazel configuration. This technical solution enabled both continuous integration and local development workflows to proceed without build errors, streamlining the plugin creation process.
