Worked on stabilizing and standardizing NuGet package management for two payment service repositories, DEFRA/epr-payment-facade and DEFRA/epr-payment-service. Delivered centralized NuGet feed configuration by introducing NuGet.Config files and integrating private Azure DevOps feeds, enabling reproducible builds and reducing dependency-related failures. Leveraged CI/CD pipelines and configuration management skills to consolidate package sources and enable runNugetTasks, improving build reliability and compliance. Utilized YAML and XML to define and manage build configurations, ensuring consistent dependency management across both projects. This work established a foundation for faster releases and easier maintenance, addressing both technical and business requirements for secure, controlled package usage.
