Ownership of the sanitizer-windows proof-of-concept was reassigned to clarify responsibilities and improve response times for CI issues. These changes preserved essential Windows pre-merge coverage by leveraging existing builders, ensuring ongoing reliability. The work was implemented using Python and emphasized continuous integration best practices, with thorough documentation provided to guide future maintenance and ownership transitions.
