Updated the PostgreSQL Docker image in stackrox/stackrox to enable arm64 deployment by switching to a CentOS 9 base. Prioritized pipeline stability by reverting complex changes when necessary, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to CI/CD complexity and ensuring reliable, maintainable infrastructure for multi-architecture environments.
