During November 2024, Robert focused on improving the command line interface experience in the neos/flow-development-collection repository. He refactored the HelpCommandController in PHP to enhance the clarity of console output and updated the usage guidance for the --help flag, shifting from the previous 'help <commandidentifier>' syntax to the more discoverable '<command> --help' format. This work integrated the --help option description directly into the list of available command options, making command usage more intuitive for developers. Robert’s efforts centered on code refactoring and command line interface design, resulting in a targeted, well-scoped feature that improved usability without introducing new bugs.
