Worked on the Cloudzero/cloudzero-agent repository over a two-month period, focusing on targeted improvements to both build processes and user experience. Addressed a Dockerfile issue by removing a redundant COPY instruction, which streamlined the Docker image build and improved maintainability using Docker and DevOps best practices. Subsequently, implemented a feature to enhance cluster name validation, allowing underscores in cluster names to reduce configuration errors and increase flexibility during cluster provisioning. All changes were well-scoped, traceable to single commits, and aligned with business goals for automation reliability. Demonstrated proficiency in Dockerfile management and validation logic within a cloud-native development environment.
