Developed and delivered the WSL CLI Editor Launcher feature for the gitbutlerapp/gitbutler repository, enabling seamless integration between Windows editors and the Windows Subsystem for Linux. This work introduced URL scheme support, allowing developers to launch editors from WSL and navigate directly to specific files and locations using a single command. The implementation focused on robust URL scheme parsing and command line interface development in Rust, with attention to software testing for reliability. By bridging workflows across environments, this feature reduced context switching and established a scalable foundation for future editor integrations and extended URL scheme support within the application.
