Contributed a targeted update to the ropensci/dev_guide repository by enhancing the Developer Guide with detailed Methods in Ecology and Evolution (MEE) process guidelines. Focused on clarifying submission requirements for both authors and editors, the work included comprehensive documentation updates in English, Spanish, and Portuguese using R Markdown. The approach emphasized synchronizing multilingual content to streamline global contributor onboarding and reduce future coordination overhead. No major bugs were addressed, but document-level refinements improved readability and consistency. This technical writing and documentation effort established clearer submission and review workflows, strengthening repository identity and supporting more efficient collaboration between contributors and editors.
