During November 2025, Dilip developed a feature for the recloudstream/cloudstream repository that preserves media playback state when the episode overlay is toggled. By introducing a state-tracking variable and implementing resume logic in Kotlin, Dilip ensured that playback resumes seamlessly after the overlay is dismissed, improving the user experience during navigation. The work focused on Android mobile development, addressing a common friction point where playback would previously stop or reset. Although the contribution was limited to a single feature within the month, the solution demonstrated a clear understanding of state management and laid the foundation for future enhancements to playback continuity.
