Rarthur worked on the cloudflare/realtimekit-ui repository, focusing on integrating the Meeting AI feature into the RTK Sidebar. Using React and TypeScript, Rarthur refactored the sidebar’s state management to centralize tab selection logic, aligning Meeting AI’s behavior with existing tabs such as chat, polls, and participants. This approach addressed inconsistencies in cross-tab selection and simplified the overall state model, making future feature development more maintainable. The work emphasized UI/UX design principles to streamline user interactions and reduce potential edge-case bugs. Over the course of the month, Rarthur delivered one feature, demonstrating depth in front end architecture and state handling.
