February 2025 monthly performance summary focused on authentication reliability improvements and automated code quality governance across two repos. In govCMS/lagoon, delivered robust SimpleSAMLphp environment-variable handling for authentication, interpreting SIMPLESAMLPHP_SP_SIGN_AUTH and SIMPLESAMLPHP_SP_VALIDATE_AUTH with reliable boolean parsing and defaulting to true when unset or invalid; updated authsources.php accordingly. In civictheme/monorepo-drupal, integrated Shipshape into CI/CD and Docker environments to perform audits (file validation, YAML linting, permission checks) and updated Composer dependencies and PHPStan configurations to support audits. These changes were driven by two commits in lagoon and one commit in civictheme, collectively enhancing reliability, security, and maintainability.
