Addressed the issue by enabling the signature|knownSigner combination in ManifestModel.java, which restored reliable build processes and reduced CI failures. Utilized Java for Android manifest processing, applying debugging and patch design skills to ensure correctness in permission handling. The solution improved the efficiency of Android feature development by unblocking builds and streamlining the integration of new features.
