Ronan delivered the French localization for the matomo-org/tag-manager repository, enabling comprehensive French-language support throughout the TagManager plugin. Using JSON and leveraging Weblate for translation management, Ronan translated and validated 1,183 UI strings to achieve full coverage in a single consolidated commit. The work focused on internationalization and localization, ensuring that all interface elements were accurately represented for French-speaking users. By concentrating on translation quality and workflow efficiency, Ronan improved accessibility and reduced onboarding friction for French users. This contribution enhanced the plugin’s readiness for French-speaking markets and established a maintainable process for future localization updates and maintenance.
