Worked on the deco-cx/chat repository to improve Windows deployment stability by addressing issues with NATS archive extraction. Focused on backend development and file system management using TypeScript, the work ensured that the NATS binary was placed directly in the expected directory, eliminating unnecessary subdirectories that previously caused path resolution failures. This change reduced deployment smoke check times and minimized post-deployment troubleshooting. The solution was fully traceable through a concise commit and linked to the relevant issue for future auditability. Enhanced continuous integration validation was also introduced to cover Windows deployment paths and verify correct archive placement during automated testing.
