The implementation included full REST API endpoints for listing, retrieving, creating, updating, and deleting records, structured across entity, repository, and controller layers. ZhangChi incorporated role-based access control to ensure that only authorized administrators could perform sensitive operations, supporting future integration with UI and downstream services. The work was completed in a single commit, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and JPA, and established a robust base for integration testing and future feature expansion.
