Worked on enhancing the command-line interface experience for the ariga/atlas repository by implementing colorized output and improved lint warning visibility. Leveraged Go to add dynamic coloring through a template colorize function and a NameColor field, making CLI reports more readable and visually distinct for users. Introduced a Warning field in migratelint’s run logic, allowing warnings such as license issues to be surfaced directly in lint summaries. Focused on CLI development, string manipulation, and templating to streamline developer workflows and accelerate issue triage. The work delivered two new features in one month, emphasizing usability and clarity without introducing new bugs.
