Worked on the trycua/cua repository to enhance the Chatbot UI by ensuring compatibility with Gradio 6.3.0. Focused on stabilizing the user experience, the work involved removing deprecated parameters from the Chatbot component and adopting the updated API, specifically replacing the 'type' parameter with 'buttons'. Upgraded the Gradio dependency to version 6.0.0 across both the UI and requirements files, reducing future maintenance risks. Utilized Python and front end development skills to validate the interface against the new Gradio version, supporting smoother product releases and improving resilience against dependency drift while laying the foundation for future upgrades.
