Worked on the NA-MIC/ProjectWeek repository to enhance documentation and onboarding processes for the 3D Slicer and OHIF interfaces. Focused on improving the README by consolidating onboarding instructions, adding a new team member, and clarifying model access workflows through both GUI and CLI. Utilized Markdown and project management skills to refine visuals, update figure captions, and correct typographical errors, ensuring that newcomers can quickly interpret documentation and access resources. Improved repository metadata and project descriptions to boost searchability and discoverability. The work aimed to reduce ramp-up time for new contributors and increase maintainability of the documentation structure.
