Worked on optimizing the CI/CD pipeline for the OCM agent build within the openshift/release repository by transitioning the build configuration to use .ci-operator.yaml. This update centralized and standardized image build and job configurations, reducing configuration drift and improving both reliability and speed of the build process. The approach leveraged YAML configuration and DevOps practices to streamline automation, while also enhancing traceability through a dedicated commit reference. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with the primary focus on feature delivery and process improvement using CI/CD pipeline design and YAML-based configuration to support more maintainable and efficient build workflows.
