Worked on the nextcloud/assistant repository to enhance the task input workflow by delivering two targeted front end features using Vue.js and JavaScript. Focused on user experience, implemented automatic resetting of the New Task form when clicked, which prevents stale data from persisting and streamlines task creation. Additionally, refactored the input handler logic in ContextChatInputForm.vue, removing unnecessary functions to simplify the codebase and improve maintainability. These changes reduced the risk of user errors and made the code easier to read and extend. The work emphasized code quality and maintainability, contributing to a more robust and user-friendly interface.
