Worked on the aemsites/world-bank repository with a focus on improving asset validation processes. Addressed a bug in image URL domain validation by updating the helix-query.yaml configuration to ensure only worldbank.org domains are accepted, replacing a previous pattern that incorrectly matched danaher.com. Utilized YAML for configuration management and applied regular expressions to refine domain matching logic. Provided clear commit documentation and code comments to enhance traceability and support future audits. This targeted fix reduced the risk of broken or misrouted images, improved compliance with domain policies, and contributed to maintaining asset integrity and user trust within the project.
