Implemented an accessibility test gating policy in CI, requiring the test-a11y status check to pass before merging PRs. No major bugs fixed this period. This work reduces risk of accessibility regressions, improves governance of code changes, and strengthens the team's ability to deliver accessible, reliable infrastructure-as-code changes.
