Rudra Patel enabled multi-architecture Docker builds for the google-gemini/gemini-cli repository, focusing on supporting both amd64 and arm64 environments within the sandbox. By leveraging QEMU emulation and updating the build and publish pipelines, Rudra ensured that multi-arch images could be produced and deployed seamlessly. This work, implemented using JavaScript and YAML with a strong emphasis on DevOps and Continuous Integration practices, improved cross-environment testing and deployment reliability. Rudra also contributed a stabilization fix to the sandbox workflow, reducing manual intervention and preventing regressions in multi-arch builds, thereby accelerating feedback cycles for CLI users across different architectures.
