April 2026 (2026-04) - Wynntils/Wynntils delivered key UI improvements and debuff enhancements that improve readability, gameplay clarity, and maintainability. The Mage Distortion Overlay replaced the older distortion bar, hides the boss bar when active, and removes deprecated code, delivering a cleaner, more stable distortion experience. Twilight mob debuff tracking was added with a new Drained debuff type to deepen combat mechanics. Status effect color handling was made optional and color rendering is now ensured before effect names. Several bug fixes were completed, including proper distortion amount reset on death or class switch. Across these changes, the team improved code quality with formatting cleanups and updated tracking/regex logic, demonstrating strong collaboration and adherence to standards.
