During November 2025, Rural Anemone enhanced the DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped repository by implementing Discord Presence API hints within the discord-rpc typings. They focused on improving the Presence interface by adding explicit property hints, which clarified type definitions and reduced ambiguity for TypeScript developers. This work leveraged TypeScript and API development skills to strengthen type safety and streamline the developer experience for projects integrating Discord Presence. By collaborating with maintainers throughout the review and merge process, Rural ensured the changes were robust and well-integrated. The update addressed a specific need for clearer type guidance, supporting safer and more maintainable downstream integrations.
