Key features include GCP Symphony Operator manifests with CRDs, RBAC configurations, and deployment specifications to enable managing GCP Symphony resources from Kubernetes. Also implemented a substantial enhancement to the Kubernetes Operator CI/CD workflow with semantic versioning, testing steps, and distinct build and release jobs, plus PATH setup and cleanup for reliable deployments. Fixed CI/CD reliability gaps in the k8s-operator workflow by downgrading the checkout action to v2, removing an unnecessary source command in tests, and removing unused Docker build-args. These efforts enabled reproducible deployments, safer upgrades, faster time-to-value for teams integrating GCP Symphony resources with Kubernetes, and stronger overall release discipline.
